“We began to dream about a people who could come together to learn and grow in the genuine love of the Father and then take that love to the Nations,” (James Jordan, Fatherheart Ministries). The heart of the Inheriting the Nations School is neatly captured in Psalm 2 verses 7-8; “You are my Son; today I have become your Father. Ask of me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession.” There are three dimensions to this passage of Scripture; coming to personally experience God as Father, Father restoring within us the heart of sonship, and then receiving from and together with Him our inheritance in the nations of the earth.

Inheriting the Nations is about the heart and the head. On the one hand it’s about a deeper, personal experience of God as Father, on the other it’s about exploring and laying strong Biblical foundations and understanding in key areas. Together this beautiful blend of experience and Biblical wisdom will naturally flow from and through us into the nations as we walk together with Him.

Romans 8:19 and 22 describe all of creation labouring as in the pains of childbirth for the sons and daughters of God to be revealed – All of Creation, One Goal, sons and daughters. We believe that the world is going to see His sons and daughters rising up out of every nati  on of the earth, conformed to the likeness of Jesus (Romans 8:29), naturally reflecting th  e character and nature of Father, and realizing His will. Then, when the nations look  into the eyes of His sons and daughters they will see Father looking back at them and truly there’s no defence against His love and compassion. This is our dream as we journey together with Father at the Inheriting the Nations School.
